Annual General Meeting (AGM) Tuesday 18th May 2021
TO: ALL MEMBERS OF CYCLING UK TEESSIDE
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The revised date for the AGM for the club will be on TUESDAY 18TH MAY 2021 10.30 AM at Roots Farm Shop Marquee East Rounton DL6 2LE.
Afterwards- depending on weather conditions etc- we will be having a downhill freewheeling event from East Harsley, which is nearby. There will be a briefing for anyone interested in participating immediately after the AGM.
This event is subject to the Government continuing with the roadmap on lifting Covid restrictions. Following the “retirement” of our long serving member John Arthur we are particularly looking to fill the following positions (they can be combined) at the AGM:
- Web site editor: our current site needs an overhaul
- Membership officer
- Possibly magazine editor to take over our “Fixed and Free” annual magazine or convert to newsletter etc
- An Events organiser would also be welcome.
