Cycling for Health in Reading

Cycling for Health are hour-long sessions that encourage active lifestyles through the use of cycling, we provide a safe environment for anyone to come along and try out our range of bikes, including trikes, hand crank bikes, duet and quad bikes, as well as traditional bikes. The class is run by a trained BACR Cardiac Instructor. 

So if you are looking for a safe, fun form of exercise then come on down!

The sessions are £2.50 per session and run every Monday at 11.30 until 12.30 at Palmer Park Sports Stadium, Wokingham Road, Reading, RG6 1LF, Telephone: 0118 937 5080.
