It now appears that making fun of the inner suburbs of south-west London did not stop with Peter Sellers in the 50s. It continued with Citizen Smith into the 70s. To celebrate this discovery, we will be doing a day trip to visit Balham - Gateway to the South. We then return via Southwark, where we will have a refreshment break at the cafe in the verdant grasslands of Dulwich Park.

Ride leader: Nigel Bee (tel 07415 315 690, email nigel.bee@cyclistsinsouthwark.org.uk ).
