Course outcomes

Course outcomes:

Cycling UK's first aid in the outdoors courses provide you with the adaptions, skills and experience to manage injury situations and especially give you confidence.  The two-day course also covers longer term immediate care where road-going ambulance and possibly phone access is not immediate.

Cycling UK's , working closely with the UK wide first aid providers including Lifesigns Group & Outdoor Training have generated cycle-specific elements and scenarios for these courses, ensuring that whether you are out on your own or with a group, on the road or trail, and out in the woods or wilds, you will know what to do when things don't go quite as planned...

This course is valid for a period of three years, after which revalidation is required.
