Cycling UK offers the full range of skill development and led rides in a female orientated environment. Our experienced female tutors will put you at ease in a relaxed environment offering you all the support you need with no pressure.

The course skill levels range from beginner to experienced riders so whether you are just getting started or have been riding for years there is a course that is right for you.

Introduction– an introductory ride for an insight into the MTB experience for total beginners who want to experience the buzz of mountain biking in a safe and planned environment

Fundamentals – learn the basic skills to help you feel safer and more confident off road. Experience the progressive skill development  that comes from expert tuition

Core Skills – intermediate course for those who grasp all the basic skills and want to really develop their MTB skills to take their riding to the next level

Steep and Rocky – higher level skills course enabling you to manage your bike on more challenging terrain

Jumps and Drops – focusing on advanced techniques for more confident riders to allow you to expertly work your bike in the air and off large drops

Led rides – ride the trails with an experienced tutor, making the most of the right level for your ability and picking up skills along the way. We’ll show you all over Dalby and cheeky new trails, the places most people don’t see
