Rehana's story: learning to ride a bike in your forties
They say you never forget how to ride a bike, but what about people who never learned in the first place? The Big Bike Revival in Glasgow helped Rehana, who is now in her forties, to get her cycling confidence and she's not looked back since.

Jasuben's story - Learning to ride at 65
Jasuben had been wanting to join her husband on family rides for many years but had never had the opportunity to learn to cycle until she heard of some adult cycle sessions run through Cycling UK's Cycle Champions project in Leicester. Now, she's not only cycling but she's gained lots of confidence too.

Pat Lemon's interest in cycling was sparked when she read about another female cyclist in local newsletter. The problem was, she hadn't cycled in sixty-five years! Now, with the help of Cycling UK cycle training, she is back on her bike.
