Is this an example of good or bad infrastructure?:
Type of infrastructure:
Fast or busy main road

The cut off here gets you off the busy road onto a quieter side road Cantelowes Road. The good bit , besides getting off a busy road to a quieter one is that there is the yellow painted area which is a visual signal to cars that they are to leave this area open. That's important because the road your avoiding is a major one for vehicles and the traffic light is only about 50m further on. Without the yellow painted indicator cars would most likely block the entrance to the cut through.
