A bike that’s the right size for you will still need some adjustments to make it a comfortable and efficient ride. To fit the bike to you, rather than suffer by fitting yourself to it, you need to change the position of the bike’s contact points relative to one another.

Presentations from North Wales campaigns training - Llandudno
