Mark Kiehlmann initiated the School Cycle Club of St Matthew's Primary School, Bishopbriggs, where his own child attends and has been a highly successful scheme. Mark is now actively working to extend the club to other schools and to the wider community in Bishopbriggs.

Having the support of the local council's enterprise manager and with council support is looking to make application to the climate challenge fund for funding for next year. Support has been given from Living Streets and from the Transform Scotland Trust for their primary schools scheme, and are looking to establish links with Scottish Cycling's "Go Ride" club and looking ahead to CTC's Bike Club.
